Past history has shown us that most of our owners need to “see, touch and feel” their future Costa Rican home prior to committing to purchase. With this need in mind, we have developed a “Discovery Visit” program to aid future owners in their decision-making. Please note that as we continue to accept new owners and reserve new Discovery Visits, the availability of Discovery Visit opportunities will become limited. For this reason, we encourage you to contact us soon to discuss how you’re Costa Rica vacation or house hunting trip can include a stay in our home.

Villas Tranquilas Discovery Visit Program

Details:
A 2-night Discovery Visit is US$299.
Two nights and three days, reserved in advance. Your visit may begin any day of the week (subject to availability) and includes housekeeping and utilities. You may also extend your visit (also subject to availability) at a cost of $165 per night for up to 5 additional nights or $1095 per week. You will enjoy Villas Tranquilas concierge services during your stay to ensure that your visit is perfect.
We do ask that during your first two days you plan a short period of time with our representative to discover the benefits of our ownership program.
