Rental Policy
We request a deposit to secure your reservation before arrival. Villas Tranquilas requires fifty percent of your rental amount placed as a deposit at sixty days (or before) prior to check-in. The remainder is due at thirty days before check-in. All rental payments are paid in US dollars. (Convert your currency here).
Once you place your deposit, we send you a complementary welcome packet with town home information, local area resources and information. Our customer service is unparalleled from your first contact to check-out. Upon arrival, the renter is asked to provide the property manager with a copy of passport or other valid photo ID, home address and telephone number(s), in case of emergency.
Smoking is permitted outdoors only: balcony, terrace and common areas only.
We recommend that you keep your documents, cash and other valuables in the built-in safe provided for your convenience. Always lock all sliding doors and windows when leaving the premises.
Parents…as a friendly reminder, please supervise your children at all times. Even though we take proper care and safety is our priority, we cannot assume any responsibility or liability for accidents, injuries while at play, etc.
Payment options: Credit Card Acceptance (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), Personal Check, and Money-Order / International Bank Draft.
Deposit of $250.00 US for incidentals (fully refundable if no incidentals).
Due to the nature of our business, and the time frame of our bookings – generally 2-3 months in advance, the following is our refund policy: Initial deposit of 50% – Refundable up to thirty days before check in. We do not refund deposits within thirty days.
