All walkways lead to the central covered Rancho area which can accommodate meetings or dining for 45 to 65 guests.

In the open air Rancho proper, there is approximately 1,000 square feet of covered meeting area, with eight, 6 feet round tables with 5 chairs for each table. There are an additional matching 5 tables with 5 chairs at each town home which can be used as overflow in the areas on each side of the Rancho around the pool.

In the rancho, there is a free-standing, granite topped bar with sink and storage cabinets as well as a refrigerator, double sink, charcoal grill and countertop food preparation area behind.
