The natural beauty of Villas Tranquilas extends throughout our tranquil six acre property. Old growth rainforest that contains thick massive ficus and other species such as Beach almond, Teak, Henna, and Cipa trees shade the boundary of our property. Hanging jasmine vines and indigenous fruit trees offer the small capuchin monkey families a home here at Villas Tranquilas. Many guests sit perched with anticipation in the rancho commons watching them.

In the open areas surrounding each town home we have chosen native plants to create a tasteful garden courtyard for each home. Bamboo, banana, and too many tropical ornamental flower varieties to mention are found as you walk through the property. As our tropical fruit trees grow and mature our guests will be able to walk out their covered patio, step onto their courtyard, and pick fresh flowers and fruit.
