Villas Tranquilas believes in giving back to the community. Several Villas Tranquilas owners support a local elementary school in Quepos named Immaculata. A non-profit group will be traveling to Quepos to help build much needed resources for the students school.

Villas Tranquilas has also partnered with Titi Conservation Alliance. We include a complimentary DVD in our welcome packet that shows our customers surrounding wildlife and natural highlights in this video as well as conservation issues we feel are important.

The Titi Conservation Alliance works to protect the endangered Titi (squirrel) Monkey through efforts focused on the Conservation of the area surrounding Manuel Antonio National Park.

To accomplish this, we work as a true Alliance, bringing a continued sense of unity to the community, understanding that all of our financial efforts as business owners and community members are greatly strengthened by environmental sustainability.
