Each complex of four plantation-style villas containing four 1,500 square foot town homes, were designed with the utmost respect for the environment. Raised teak walkways connecting the villas to the covered Rancho and pool area ensure a smaller impact on the environment. The land existed as seen today, so no clearing of the rainforest was needed and no existing wildlife was dislocated. The original creek runs down one side of the property and has remained untouched.
