We, at Villas Tranquilas are a small group of homeowners who really care about our villas. Our goal is to provide comfort, style and luxury at a price that regular people can afford.  We really care that every detail is perfect for you. We feel that our villas rival many of the homes for rent that are twice our price.  We love Costa Rica and feel that everyone should be able to experience it.  We want to make it perfect for you, whether you are on a Costa Rica family vacation or a private, romantic vacation.  Our employees are hand picked from the communities of Quepos and Manuel Antonio and we pay them above the usual rates in order to have a quality staff that will help you to have a feeling of safety, friendliness, and respect.

Our architect is the award winning Steve Bliss from Indianpolis. Our builder is Condeco Inc from Costa Rica who has an excellent reputation for first world style and quality. We have a first rate facility in a third world environment.  No skimping was done.  The owners have taken the time and effort to furnish these Costa Rica Villa rentals with quality, luxurius, and rich décor.  All beds are super comfortable, all chairs are relaxing to sit in. All are solid wood and wrought iron handcrafted pieces made in local Costa Rica communities.  We have all stayed in vacation rentals that felt like they were furnished with the leftovers.  We did not want that for our vacation rental homes.
